OUGD404: Type Journal

A serif type that appears to be a modern serif, the vast difference in weight between its thin and thick strokes also makes it lead in origin (strokes this thin would surely break and become damaged over regular printing if it were carved out of wood and so therefore must be cast). It’s very classical and formal with a smart reserved character. The thin straight serifs, particularly those on the baseline give it a balanced and grounded quality.
