A further continuation of the hierarchies task, this one is magazines and the page used was taken from a copy of Wired.
The minimal design of these pages meant that there wasn't much to dissect, however for the sake of content it makes it a lot easier to read and finish an entire page. The eye flows from the solid black block to the image, the head line, subheading and finally the text, it works very well and feels genuine. the layout is meant to carry your eyes through the content rather than sell you something and that was a nice change.
