The type used for the series Game of Thrones was bound to be roman and serif, the sense of history that comes fro these origins and categories is very suitable for this show. The slight hints of decorative features used on the O's mimics the illustrative letters used by scribes (also connoting history) along with the extended stem of the T. Even with it's decorative features this type would be suitable for body copy, (if it were in lower case of course).
